Beginning
in 1961, James Pratt has been involved with plannning and development of
Fair Park in Dallas - the location for the annual State Fair of Texas.
Over the years, various types of services have been performed:

For the Dallas Historical Society,
the firm developed a strategy for a $10 million underground expansion
of the Fair Park Hall of State to add the missing functional elements of
an operating museum.

For the Dallas Museum of Health
and Science, the firm provided various analyses and cost feasibility for
reuse and expansion of the Museum's home, now Science Place II.

For the Dallas Garden Center,
the firm designed a new solarium to expand the existing facilities.
